Remote assistance is a great tool for troubleshooting and resolving software and operating system (i.e. Windows) issues. Must have a working internet connection. 

On site support is great for hands-on troubleshooting when hardware is causing issues. Unlike remote support, on site support is great for getting the overall feel of the PC setup— and is needed for many situations.

The first 10-15 minutes are dedicated to deciding whether this issue can be resolved quickly, of it will take a more deep dive. If the issue is resolved on the spot, a $50 Quick Resolution charge will be incurred. If a deep dive into the issue is needed, prices will start at $75/hr.

Purchasing parts to build your own PC can be a much cheaper option, and gives you the ability to control exactly what is inside your computer. Building it, on the other hand, can be a tedious task that many people don't have the time for. Let us assist!
