The world of technology can be fast-paced and scary.
A single computer can have any number of issues that can stop you in your tracks. Throw in devices, such as printers or scanners, and this number goes up even higher.
Like with any relationship, communication is key.
With every issue, we will troubleshoot and identify what the problem is and discuss what it will take to resolve the issue so you have no doubt about what is happening.

I have worked in an IT Help Desk position and an MSP TECHNICIAN II, where I engaged with hundreds of clients from 80+ companies and assisted in the resolution of an uncountable number of issues.
I have also worked as a Systems Administrator, which not only allowed me to work directly with end users, but also maintain entire network infrastructures all across the Midwest.
All of this work has either been done in person or remotely. Being able to help with most issues from a remote location not only puts some people at ease, but also makes the resolution of most issues much faster.
I truly enjoy being able to assist people in solving that one thing that has either been bothering them, or has been keeping them from being able to use their equipment the way it was intended.
I understand that most people either do not understand — or do not care — about the ins and outs of what makes their computers or other equipment tick. I am happy to assist in either resolving that issue and letting them be on their way, or explaining what went wrong and how the fix was put into place.
